RunnerCalc
RunnerCalc - Cross Country Scoring Software
RunnerCalc
is a cross country race
scoring system that is
extremely easy to use—there’s essentially no
learning curve! At
the same time, it is flexible and powerful
enough to handle most any school's cross country meets.
It requires Microsoft Excel, but if you can
enter numbers into a spreadsheet, it's as easy as 1-2-3:
- Enter schools and runners before the race.
- At race end, enter runner numbers in order (or scan barcodes).
- Print and share results in one of several formats.
That's all there is to it! You don’t need to know anything about cross country race scoring rules. There are many other options and features if you need them, including barcodes, customizable headers, external timer import, and even a built-in timer. It's a very complete package at only $85.

Testimonial
“At The Classical Academy, we have used RunnerCalc to score the regional meets we have hosted. It has been incredibly easy to use, even for people not intimately familiar with the details of cross country scoring. We've had scores and easy-to-read printouts available to distribute to coaches within the time it takes to run a single race. I highly recommend the program.”
